FAQs
While we aren't able to take on completely new custom designs at this time, we are able to customize aspects of our existing designs. Send us the details of your project and we’ll let you know if we’re able to take it on.
Some of our standard designs can be modified. For example, if you like the Garfield bed, but want a taller headboard, we can add up to 4” to the Garfield bed headboard height. There are limitations to the changes we can make. Please contact us with inquiries. For storage pieces (dressers, bookcases, nightstands), we’re often able to customize dimensions, layout, and hardware.
Please contact us to discuss any customizations prior to ordering. We are not able to accept order changes or modifications after an order has been placed.
All orders ship with blanket wrap delivery carriers unless otherwise specified. The delivery carrier will contact the phone number provided to schedule and coordinate the delivery after they load the items and create their route. Furniture is delivered in home, to the room of your choice. Assembly is completed if needed, and packing materials are removed.
Yes! Please email us with the item info and the zip code the order will ship to. We’ll provide a quote for delivery.
Damage is a rare occurrence. We take great care in packaging to ensure that your furniture arrives in perfect condition. If damage does occur during transit, it must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at time of delivery. Please inspect your furniture when it arrives. If damage is not noted on the POD, we will not be able to cover the cost of repair/replacement. All instances of damage will be handled as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we are only able to build our extension tables to 96″ long total (with all leaves in use) in order to preserve structural integrity.
Here are our Bed Assembly Instructions for your reference. You may read about our bed assembly here.
No, our beds are not designed to be used with adjustable bases, and they have not been tested for this use.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada or internationally. We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. End user must be located within the contiguous 48 United States. If the end user is outside of the contiguous 48 states, the purchaser must coordinate boxing/crating services before furniture is shipped via ocean freight. If the furniture is shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states, the warranty will be void.
If a ferry is required to reach your residence, we may need to deliver to a final mile delivery company rather than your home. Customers are responsible for working with the local final mile delivery company and will pay them directly for the additional charge. For example, we are not able to deliver to Martha's Vineyard. For any location that requires a ferry, the customer should contact us before purchasing.
