Blanket Wrapped Delivery

All orders are delivered in home, to the room of your choice. Assembly is provided. We ship our orders via independent blanket wrap delivery carriers who create their own routes and schedules, delivering to some locations less often than others. Customers are not able to pick a day and time for delivery, but we will do everything we can to accommodate. Someone must be present at time of delivery. When placing your order, please note any instructions for our delivery carrier.

End user must be located within the contiguous 48 United States. 
Hedge House Furniture does not provide boxing or crating services. If the end user is outside of the contiguous 48 states, the purchaser must coordinate boxing/crating services before furniture is shipped via ocean freight. If the furniture is shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states, the warranty will be void.
If your location can only be accessed by ferry, please contact us prior to purchasing. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to Martha's Vineyard. 

For heavy or large items that need to go up one or more flights of stairs, there may be an additional charge at time of delivery. This depends on the carrier. Some carriers charge $20/flight of stairs at time of delivery.

Lead Time

All pieces that are built to order have a lead time of approximately 8-12 weeks, including transit time. Transit time varies depending on your location. Contact us to confirm your lead time. 

Returns/Exchanges

Once payment is submitted, orders may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Our furniture is built to order and the process begins as soon as payment is received. Please double check the details of your order before purchasing.

Damages

Please inspect shipment immediately. All discrepancies or damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving delivery. We will resolve any issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. The customer is not responsible for shipping charges for return of damaged items or replacements. Photos may be requested for filing a claim. All shipments are insured.
