Shipping Policies

White Glove Delivery

All orders are delivered in home, to the room of your choice. Assembly is provided. We ship our orders via independent blanket wrap delivery carriers who create their own routes and schedules, delivering to some locations less often than others. Customers are not able to pick a day and time for delivery, but we will do everything we can to accommodate. Someone must be present at time of delivery. When placing your order, please note any instructions for our delivery carrier.

Lead Time

All pieces that are built to order have a lead time of approximately 8-14 weeks, including transit time. Transit time may vary depending on your location. Contact us to confirm your lead time. 


Once payment is submitted, orders may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Our furniture is built to order and the process begins as soon as payment is received. Please double check the details of your order before purchasing.


Please inspect shipment immediately. All discrepancies or damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving delivery. We will resolve any issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. The customer is not responsible for shipping charges for return of damaged items or replacements. Photos may be requested for filing a claim. All shipments are insured.
