Can existing designs be modified and do you take on custom work?

We’re always happy to review custom requests! Send us the details of your project and we’ll let you know if we’re able to take it on.

Some of our standard designs can be modified. For example, if you like the Garfield bed, but want a taller headboard, we can add up to 4” to the Garfield bed headboard height. There are limitations to the changes we can make. Feel free to message us with inquiries. For storage pieces (dressers, bookcases, nightstands), we’re often able to customize dimensions, layout, and hardware.

Shipping Policies

White Glove Delivery

All orders are delivered in home, to the room of your choice. Assembly is provided. We ship our orders via independent blanket wrap delivery carriers. When placing your order, please note any instructions for our delivery carrier.

Lead Time

All pieces that are built to order have a lead time of approximately 7-9 weeks, including transit time. Transit time may vary depending on your location. Contact us to confirm your lead time. In stock items arrive within approximately 4 weeks. 

Returns/Exchanges

Once payment is submitted, orders may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Our furniture is built to order and the process begins as soon as payment is made. Please double check the details of your order before purchasing.

Damages

Please inspect shipment immediately. All discrepancies or damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving delivery. We will resolve any issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. The customer is not responsible for shipping charges for return of damaged items or replacements. Photos may be requested for filing a claim. All shipments are insured.
